摘要
为了解决镁质耐火砖低温水化、热处理窑的温度和压力波动以及窑内热风量分区控制的问题,通过对镁质浸盐耐火砖热处理窑设置进、出口准备室、设置热风循环装置并进行风量分区控制等,保证了热处理窑处理工艺所需的热工制度。
In order to solve the problems, such as low temperature hydration of magnesia based refractory bricks, temperature and pressure fluctuations and partition control of hot air volume inside the heat treated furnace, we set two preparation rooms separately at the inlet and outlet of the furnace and some hot air circulation devices inside the furnace, and took partition control of hot air volume to ensure the required thermal condition.
