摘要
随着水源污染的加剧和饮用水水质标准的提高,深圳市上南水厂于2017年6月实现“臭氧-炭砂滤池”短流程深度处理工艺的改造,将一、二期石英砂滤池改造为炭砂滤池,对比研究了改造前后其对浊度、NH3-N、有机物、细菌的去除效果。结果表明:炭砂滤池滤后水浊度略微上升,对氨氮和有机物的去除效果优于砂滤池,且炭砂滤池挂膜成熟后细菌总数为102CFU/mL左右。在运行过程中对炭砂混层、反冲程序、炭滤料流失的问题进行改进优化,为老旧水厂的炭砂滤池改造及运行提供经验。
With the increase of water pollution and the improvement of drinking water quality standards, Shenzhen Shangnan Water Treatment Plant (WTP) realizes the reconstruction of “ozone-activated carbon filter” short course advanced treatment process in June 2017, and the first and second phase quartz sand filter is transformed into a carbon sand filter. The removal efficiency of turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, organic matter and bacteria is compared before and after reconstruction. Results show that the turbidity of carbon sand filter increases slightly. The removal effect of ammonia nitrogen and organic matter is better than that of sand filter, and the total number of bacteria after biological film on carbon matured is about 10 2 CFU/mL. In the course of operation, problems of the layer of carbon sand boundary intemingled, backwashing procedure and loss of upper surface layer carbon of the filter are improved and optimized, and experience is provided for modification and operation of the old water plant filter.
