重庆市沙坪坝区生化项目检验结果互认质量控制探讨

Mutual recognition quality control of biochemical project inspection results in Shapingba District of Chongqing

目的分析2016-2017年重庆市沙坪坝区31家医疗机构临床实验室生化检验项目结果互认的可行性。方法于2016-2017年通过问卷调查和现场调研方式对重庆市沙坪坝区31家医疗机构进行质量控制(质控)管理调研,针对调研中质控存在的问题和难点提出整改措施,并在各实验室间对临床生化项目进行新鲜血标本比对和分析。结果 2016年31家医疗机构14项生化项目中总体通过率大于或等于80%的单位18家(58.1%),2017年为28家(90.3%),2017年比2016年提高了32.2%,14项生化项目合格率均明显提高。结论通过重庆市沙坪坝区检验质控中心牵头规范和改进质控管理,各实验室项目总体通过率2017年较2016年明显提升,检测结果具有较好的一致性,为推进该地区检验结果互认工作奠定了良好基础。

Objective To analyze the feasibility of mutual recognition of clinical laboratory biochemical test results in 31 medical institutions in Shapingba district of Chongqing in 2016 -2017. Methods 2016 -2017,we investigated the quality control and management of 31 medical institutions in Shapingba District through questionnaires and on-site investigation.In the light of the problems and difficulties of quality control in the investigation,the rectification measures were put forward,and the comparison and analysis of the fresh blood samples were carried out between the laboratories. Results In 2016,the total passing rate of 14 biochemical items in 31 hospitals was 18,accounting for 58.1%,and 28 in 2017,accounting for 90.3%.In 2017,it increased by 32.2% compared with 2016,and the qualified rate of 14 biochemical items was significantly improved. Conclusion Through the improvement of the lead standard and quality control management of Shapingba District Inspection Quality Control Center,the overall passing rate of the laboratory projects in 2017 has been obviously improved compared with 2016,and the results of the test have a good consistency and good foundation for promoting the mutual recognition of the inspection results in the region.
