中药汤剂“甘芩液”塌渍治疗面疮的临床疗效分析

The observation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction “ganqin liquid” on the treatment of facial sores

目的观察中药汤剂"甘芩液"通过塌渍疗法治疗面疮的临床效果,比较其对不同原因类型面疮临床疗效的差异。方法选取2016年4-12月该院皮肤科门诊或住院治疗的面疮患者200例(因治疗过程中出现不良反应中途退出1例,实际病例数为199例),采用中医外治法——塌渍疗法(药物用该院皮肤科自主配方生产的中药汤剂——"甘芩液")进行治疗,观察其主观和客观症状,并进行评分,分别计算治疗1、2周的有效率,评价其疗效。结果 199例患者治疗1、2周的有效率分别为81.9%(163/199)、87.4%(174/199)。变应性接触性皮炎(漆疮)效果最好,2周的有效率为98.1%(53/54);日光性皮炎(日晒疮)效果次之,2周的有效率为86.9%(106/122);激素依赖性皮炎(药毒)效果最差,2周的有效率为65.2%(15/23)。结论中药"甘芩液"塌渍治疗不同原因类型面疮效果存在差异,但总体效果肯定,且安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction "ganqin liquid" to treat facial sores,and to compare the differences in the clinical treatment effect of different types of facial sores. Methods We used the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine--wet dressing therapy(the drug is traditional Chinese medicine decoction "ganqin liquid" which is compound and produced by dermatology department) to treat the 200 patients with facial sores admitted from April to December in 2016 in dermatology department.By this method,we observed and scored its subjective symptoms and objective symptoms,and evaluated its efficacy by calculating the efficiency of one week and two weeks respectively. Results The effective rate was 81.90%(163/199) in one week after treatment and 87.4%(174/199) in two weeks.Among the efficiency in two weeks,the allergic contacted dermatitis efficacy was the best with 98.1%(53/54),the effect of solar dermatitis was secondary with efficiency of 86.9%(106/122),and the effect of hormone-dependent dermatitis was the worst,with an effective rate of 65.2%(15/23). Conclusion Although there are differences in the effectiveness of different kinds of facial sores treated by the traditional Chinese medicine decoction "ganqin liquid",the overall effect is positive and the security is good.
