高温对蔬菜作物生长发育的影响及应对措施

摘要 高温胁迫是蔬菜作物夏季生产中非常常见的逆境胁迫,高温伴随的连续阴雨或干旱天气更易引起蔬菜产量和品质的降低。本文综述了高温对蔬菜作物生长发育的影响,并从生物、物理及化学三个方面提出了缓解蔬菜高温热害的技术措施。
