Research on Macao Resource Intensification Optimization under the Development of World Tourism and Leisure Center

粤港澳大湾区的建设给澳门城市发展提供了区域层面的新机遇,澳门在粤港澳大湾区的定位是世界级旅游休闲中心。虽然已有深厚的旅游资源基础,但澳门成为世界级的旅游休闲中心,其城市旅游资源与城市品质还有一定的差距。基于对阻碍澳门城市发展中的土地不足、土地使用破碎化、资源分散等问题的分析,澳门城市资源集约化优化为澳门未来发展提供可靠发展方向。本文通过提出集约优化城市资源配置的方法,为澳门成为世界旅游休闲中心提出城市发展与优化建议。

The construction of The China Great Bay Area provides new opportunities for Macao's urban development at the level of region. Macao's positioning in The China Great Bay Area is a World-class Tourism oriel Leisure Center. Although Macao has a deep foundation of tourism resources, there is still a certain gap to become a World-class Tourism and Leisure Center in urban tourism resources and urban quality. Based on the analysis of the problems of land shortage, land use fragmentation and resource decentralization in Macao's urban development, urban resource intensification provides a reliable direction for Macao's future development. This paper proposes Macao's urban development and optimization suggestions to become a World-class Tourism and Leisure Center by proposing intensive optimization of urban resource allocation.
