摘要
建立带有残芯的涡轮空心叶片X射线投射模型,分析了X射线透射空心叶片的残芯检测原理。使用300kV工业锥束CT系统对某空心叶片进行透射成像,通过三维重建技术得到空心叶片的精准三维数据,可以清晰观测空心叶片残芯的位置及大小,其检测效果优于X射线照相法。结果表明,300kV工业锥束CT系统可以满足对涡轮空心叶片的残芯检测需求。
An X-ray projection model of hollow blades with residual ceramic cores was established to analyze the residual ceramic cores detection principle of X-ray transmission hollow blades.300 kV industrial cone-beam CT system was used to perform transmission imaging of a hollow blades.Accurate 3D data of hollow blade was obtained by 3D reconstruction technology,and the position and size of the residual ceramic cores of the hollow blades could be observed clearly.The detection effect was superior to that of X-ray radiography.The results show that 300 kV industrial cone-beam CT system can meet the requirements of residual ceramic cores detection for hollow blades.
