外加压应力对Ti-1300合金组织和性能的影响

Effects of External Compressive Stress on Microstructure and Properties of Ti-1300 Alloy

摘要 研究了外加压应力作用下Ti-1300合金在等温时效和连续冷却过程中的组织演化和性能。结果表明,外加压应力对Ti-1300合金时效过程和连续冷却过程中β→α相变都有促进作用,随着压应力的增加,析出α相的数量越多且α相的厚度越小,表现出一定的择优取向效应。同时,Ti-1300合金的显微硬度也随着外加应力的增大而增大。 The microstructural evolution and properties of Ti-1300 alloy under external compressive stress during isothermal aging and continuous cooling were investigated.The results reveal that the external pressure stress promotes theβ→αphase transformation during isothermal aging and continuous cooling of Ti-1300 alloy.With the increase of compressive stress,the volume fraction ofαphase is increased and the thickness ofαphase is decreased,showing the preferred orientation effect.Moreover,the microhardness of Ti-1300 alloy is increased with the increase of external compressive stress.
