摘要 永磁电动机作为电动汽车的驱动电机,其控制方法和机械特性直接决定了电动汽车的运行性能。基于电动车驱动系统性能测试平台,通过电子负载模拟运行工况,对电动车驱动系统的工况适应性进行了分析和研究,并分析和推导了永磁电动机的数学模型,设计了模糊PI控制系统器,采用速度电流双闭环的矢量控制方法驱动电机。经仿真和实验证明了该控制系统的合理性以及控制方法的可行性且能有效地降低电动汽车的加速时间,解决电机转速控制精度低、转矩脉动大的问题。 Permanent magnet motor is the driving motor of electric vehicle. Its control method and mechanical characteristics directly determine the running performance of electric vehicle. Based on the performance test platform of electric vehicle drive system,the adaptability of the working conditions of the electric vehicle drive system was analyzed and studied through the simulation of electronic load operating conditions. The mathematical model of the permanent magnet motor was analyzed and deduced. A fuzzy PI control system was designed and the motor was driven by the vector control method of speed and current with double closed loops. The simulation and experiment prove the rationality of the control system and the feasibility of the control method. It can effectively reduce the acceleration time of the electric vehicle and solve the problems of low motor speed control accuracy and large torque ripple.
