目前建筑市场竞争异常激烈,施工企业的生存和发展压力巨大,迫切需要加大施工任务的开发力度,多中标、中好标。通过加强对在建工程的施工管理,以高质量的工程产品和优质服务博得更多的市场份额,是一种最佳的市场开发方式。物资质量是工程实体质量的保障基础,本文通过对某集团公司工程项目物资质量管理存在问题的客观分析,系统梳理出加强物资质量管理的要点和建议。
At present, the competition in the construction market is extremely fierce, and the pressure on the survival and development of construction enterprises is enormous.
