摘要
近年来,随着高速铁路的迅速发展,CRTSⅢ型板在工程实践中的的不断应用,施工中也不断暴露出新的问题,为更好的研究CRTSⅢ型板的工艺、工法,本着共同进步、共同提高、相互学习的目的,就自密实混凝土冬期施工谈谈施工中的一些经验,对自密实混凝土的原材料控制、配合比设计调整、原材料保温措施、混凝土搅拌、运输、现场浇筑、混凝土养护与拆模、冬期施工前期强度发展规律以及日常施工中经常出现的混凝土缺陷的原因分析和预防措施等几方面进行分析。
In recent years, with the rapid development of high-speed railway, CRTSIII type plate has been continuously applied in engineering practice, and new problems have been exposed during construction. In order to better study the process and engineering method of CRTSIII type plate, with the purpose of common progress, common improvement and mutual learning, this paper discusses some experiences of the winter construction of self-compacting concrete and analyzes the raw material control, mix design adjustment, raw material insulation measures, concrete mixing and transportation, on-site pouring, concrete maintenance and demoulding, the strength development law in the early stage of winter construction, and the causes and preventive measures of concrete defects that often occur in daily construction.
