城市环境污染评价模型及治理途径研究

The Appraisal Model of Urban Environmental Pollution and Governance Approach Research

我国经济持续快速发展,但是伴随着高发展速度的却是较低的经济质量,产业结构依靠高能耗、高污染的项目,导致我国环境污染严重。近年来,环保问题已经得到国家政府的重视,但是有效环境治理之前,首先需要制定一套合理、全面的环境污染评价体系。文章以城市区域为研究对象,采用层次分析法建立了综合城市环境污染评价模型,并用实际数据对模型进行验证,得到结论与目标城市实际环保现状相符。另外,文章对我国城市环境污染问题提出了解决途径,希望能帮助相关部门加强环境治理的效果和质量。

With sustained and rapid development of economy in China, the economy is lower quality. The phenomenon that industrial structure is relying on high energy consumption and high pollution projects leads to serious environmental pollution in our country. In recent years, the environmental protection issue has been received the attention of the national government. But before effective environmental management, a reasonable and comprehensive evaluation system of environmental pollution needs to be developed. Based on urban area as the research object, the analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of urban environmental pollution, and the actual data is used to verify this model. It finds that the conclusion is consistent with the actual environmental status of the target city. In addition, the paper puts forward a solution to the problem of urban environmental pollution in China, and hopes to help relevant departments to strengthen the effect and quality of environmental governance.
