摘要
对于教师职业道德的问题与研究,我们习惯于把批判的矛头指向教师个人,把教师职业道德问题作为单纯的道德问题看待,甚至仅仅用道德想象代替职业道德建设的实践哲学。教师职业道德问题表现于教师个人行为之上,但问题的性质并不在于教师个人以及道德自身。我们正处于一种道德陷阱之中。教师职业道德的危机,可以说是一种处境危机,而不是教师道德本身的危机。那种单纯依赖强制性规范的解决策略,不仅不能解决问题,甚至也是不道德的。它唯一能够产生的后果,就是对教师的道德伤害。
As for the problem and research of teacher professional morality, we used to put the critical spearhead to teacher himself, take the problem of teacher professional morality as a pure moral one, and even replace the practical philosophy of pro fessional morality construction with moral imagination. Manifestations of teachers’ professional morality problem are above the personal behavior of teachers. But the nature of the problem is not the teacher himself and morality itself. We are in a moral trap. Teacher professional morality crisis is a situation crisis rather than teacher’s moral crisis. The pure solution strategy which relies on peremptory norm cannot solve problems, even it is not moral, and its only consequence is the moral damage to teachers.
