中西医结合治疗对脑梗死后睡眠障碍患者情绪状态与睡眠质量的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine for the Emotional State and Sleep Quality of Patients with Sleep Disorder after Cerebral Infarction

目的:研究中西医结合治疗对脑梗死后睡眠障碍患者情绪状态与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年10月期间于本院就诊的200例脑梗死后睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组100例和观察组100例。对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组则进行中西医结合治疗。评估与比较两组患者的睡眠改善效果、治疗前后的情绪状态(HAD量表)及睡眠质量(PSQI量表)。结果:治疗后1个疗程及2个疗程观察组的睡眠改善效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者的HAD量表及PSQI量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的HAD量表及PSQI量表评分明显改善,并且观察组的两个量表评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗可有效改善脑梗死后睡眠障碍患者的情绪状态与睡眠质量,在脑梗死后睡眠障碍患者中具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective: To study the influence of integration of traditional and western medicine for the emotional state and sleep quality of patients with sleep disorder after cerebral infarction. Methods: 200 patients with sleep disorder after cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the study object,and they were randomly divided into control group 100 cases and observation group 100 cases.The control group were treated with routine western medicine treatment,the observation group were treated with integration of traditional and western medicine.Then the effect of sleep improvement,emotional state(HAD scale) and sleep quality(PSQI scale)of two groups before and after the treatment were evaluated and compared. Results: The effect of sleep improvement of observation group at first course and second course after the treatmentwere better than those of control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05),the HAD scale and PSQI scale of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no significant differences(P>0.05),the HAD scale and PSQI scale of two groups after the treatment were obviously improved,and the three scales of observation group were all significantly better than those of control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions: The integration of traditional and western medicine can effectively improve the emotional state and sleep quality of patients with sleep disorder after cerebral infarction,and it has higher application value in the patients with sleep disorder after cerebral infarction.
