加氢反应器凸台横焊堆焊工艺的改进

摘要 加氢反应器是重要炼油工艺装备,其内壁堆焊奥氏体不锈钢层起耐蚀作用,其中起支撑作用的凸台也堆焊不锈钢。传统凸台堆焊一般采用焊条电弧焊,在焊接过程中需要根据焊接位置对工件进行翻转调整,并且在焊接过程中需频繁地更换焊条,从而使不锈钢堆焊的效率大幅度降低。本次试验对凸台堆焊工艺进行改进,采用熔化极气体保护焊在横焊位置堆焊,有效地提高了堆焊效率,可以应用到实际堆焊生产中。 Hydrogenation reactor is an important process equipment for oil refining,on its inner wall,austenitic stainless steel is overlaid to resist corrosion,and stainless steel was also overlaid on the support boss.For traditional boss,generally SMAW method is used for overlaying,in the welding process,it is needed to adjust the workpiece by turning according to the welding position and it is needed to change the electrode frequently so as to make the welding efficiency of stainless steel reduced drastically.The overlaying process of support boss was improved in this time test,MAG welding was used to perform overlaying in horizontal position,which improved effectively the welding efficiency and can be applied in the actual overlaying production.
