氟化泡沫对学龄前儿童龋齿乳牙患龋情况、龋面变化的影响

Fluorinated Foam on Caries and Caries Changes in Primary Teeth of Preschool Children

目的:探讨氟化泡沫对学龄前儿童龋齿乳牙患龋情况、龋面变化的影响,并评价治疗效果。方法:选取我院2015年2月至2017年8月儿童口腔科龋齿患儿150例,采用随机数字表法分为氟化泡沫组85例和对照组65例。氟化泡沫组每6个月专业应用1次氟化泡沫,对照组每6个月应用1次不含氟的泡沫,2年共应用4次,比较两组儿童的患龋、龋面变化情况。结果:氟化泡沫组患龋率、龋均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氟化泡沫组邻面和所有牙面龋均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),■面和颊舌面龋与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:每6个月一次应用氟化泡沫可有效预防儿童乳牙龋齿的发生。

Objective: To investigate the effects of fluorinated foam on caries and caries changes in primary teeth of preschool children, and to evaluate the treatment efficacy. Methods: Totally 150 children with dental caries admitted into our hospital from Feb. 2015 to Aug. 2018 were extracted to be divided into the fluorinated foam group (n=85) and the control group (n=65). The fluorinated foam group applied fluorinated foam every six months for once, and the control group applied no fluorine-containing foam every six months for once, totally four times in two years. The caries and caries changes in two groups were compared. Results: The dental caries rate and caries in the fluorinated foam group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The dental caries of adjacent and all dental surfaces in the fluorinated foam group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the difference of the dental caries of occlusal and buccal and lingual surfaces and the control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Application of fluorinated foam every six months can effectively prevent the dental caries in children’s deciduous teeth.
