摘要
教师队伍是教育强国战略实施的基石,是加快教育现代化,办好人民满意的教育的根本保障。本文分别从构成师资培育体系的培养主体、培育制度及培养课程方案等多角度进行比较分析,希望能够从大陆与台湾中小学教师培养制度的主要做法和特色发展上汲取经验,为中小学师资培育更好发展提供参考。
Teachers are the cornerstone of the implementation of strategy to strengthen education power,and the fundamental guarantee to speed up the modernization of education and ensure the satisfaction of the people.This comparative study carries out analysis from the training subject,cultivation of teacher education system,curriculum scheme.It is hoped that the main practice and characteristic development of the primary and secondary school teacher training system in Taiwan and China's Mainland will help draw experience and provide reference for the better cultivation of primary and secondary school teachers.
