摘要 师范类应用型本科高校为地方经济、文化和教育发展培养人才,提供基础教育可持续发展所需的卓越型教师。但师范类应用型本科高校在培养卓越教师实践教学过程中存在理论思维僵化,实践智慧不足;实践课程欠缺,落实流于形式;实践基地建设滞后,师资力量薄弱等问题。其原因在于办学定位存在偏差,理论与实践脱节;教育视野狭窄,缺乏职业敬畏心;双赢机制匮乏,师资队伍建设差。解决这些问题必须找准办学定位,强化理论与实践的生成智慧;加强过程管理,完善专业实践教学体系建设;优化师资结构,构建卓越教师培养的双赢机制。 Normal universities offer talents for the development of the local economy,culture and education,and provide excellent teachers for the sustainable development of basic education. But in the process of practice teaching of training excellent teachers,there are some problems in Normal Universities,the problems include the theoretical thinking is rigid,the practical wisdom is insufficient;the practice curriculum lacks,the implementation becomes mere formality;the practice base construction lags behind,the teacher’s strength is weak and so on. The reason lies in the deviation of the school running orientation,the disconnection between theory and practice,the narrow view of education,the lack of professional awe,the lack of win-win mechanism and the poor construction of teaching staff. To solve these problems must identify the school running orientation,strengthen the formation wisdom of theory and practice;and strengthen the process of management,improve the construction of practical teaching system;and optimize the structure of teachers,cultivating excellent teachers’win-win mechanism.
