民族高校融入“一带一路”倡议的理性选择

The Rational Choice of How Ethnic Colleges and Universities Integrateto the “Belt and Road” Initiative

当今世界,经济全球化和文化多元化已成为发展趋势。为了促进各国各领域的进一步合作,中国政府于2013年开始实施"一带一路"倡议,进而在2016年提出"一带一路"教育行动计划。在"一带一路"倡议中,民族地区是"一带一路"倡议的重要支点。作为民族地区发展的重要引擎,民族高校应抓住机遇,并积极融入到"一带一路"倡议。为此,民族高校要树立科学发展观,正确定位办学方向;应具有全球意识,推进教育对外开放;应保持强烈的历史使命感,自觉承担社会责任。

In today’s world,economic globalization and cultural diversity have become the trend of social development.In order to promote further cooperation in various fields among countries,the Chinese government has began to implement the new national development strategy the“Belt and Road”since 2013 and then came up with the"Belt and Road"Education Action Plan in 2016.In the strategic planning of the"Belt and Road",ethnic areas are the important fulcrum of the new strategy of the"Belt and Road".Ethnic colleges and universities asanimportantengine for the development of ethnic regions should seize the opportunity and actively integrate themselves into the new strategy of the“Belt and Road”.Hence,ethnic colleges and universities should set up the scientific outlook on its development,and the orientation of running schools should be correctly located.Besides,they should have the global awareness and promote education opening to the outside world.What’s more,they should enhance the sense of historical mission and take social responsibility consciously.
