摘要
研究生来自不同地域和族群,彼此之间存在较大的文化心理差异,经常引发内外冲突,而高校在这方面的引导又时常陷入误区,其实,这种引导具有自身独特的影响因素、价值取向、作用方式和实现路径。
Graduate students come from different regions and nationalities,and there are great cultural and psychological differences between them,which often lead to internal and external conflicts.However,the guidance of universities in this regard often falls into misunderstanding.In fact,this guidance has its own unique influencing factors,value orientation,mode of action and path of realization.
