摘要
美国临床心理学家维克多·埃米尔·弗兰克尔(Viktor Emil Frankl M.D)的意义治疗理论针对的是人缺失"价值感"和"意义感"的问题,其核心是启发人们亲自发现生命的意义。该理论强调人寻求意义的必要性、紧迫性、优先性。我们根据意义治疗理论可知,人必然首先是自身生命意义的寻求者。有鉴于此,大学教师应该成为学生寻求生命意义的帮助者。事实上,大学教师正是在帮助学生寻求生命意义的过程中使自身生命的意义得以发现和实现的。
The core of Frankel’s theory of meaning therapy is to inspire people to personally discover the meaning of their own lives.The theory emphasizes the necessity,urgency and priority of people’s search for life meaning.According to the theory,university students,as a person,must first be the seekers of their own life meaning.In view of this,university teachers should naturally become helpers for students to discover the meaning of their own lives.In fact,it is in the process of helping students discover the meaning of life that university teachers can discover and realize the meaning of their own lives.
