柑橘黄酮对大鼠卵巢保护作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究柑橘总黄酮对化疗药物损伤大鼠卵巢的保护作用。方法:50只雌性SD大鼠随机分成5组,4组采用环磷酰胺腹腔注射制造大鼠卵巢损伤模型,1组作为空白组对照组。造模后的SD大鼠,随机分为柑橘黄酮低剂量组、柑橘黄酮高剂量组、坤泰胶囊组、模型对照组,每组各10只,分别进行不同药物灌胃治疗21 d,空白对照组与模型对照组以等量生理盐水灌胃。结果:柑橘黄酮低剂量组与柑橘黄酮高剂量组能明显升高抗苗勒试管激素(AMH)、骨形态发生蛋白15(BMP15)和生长分化因子9(GDF9)的含量(P<0.05),且HE染色显示各级卵泡存在,无或极少坏死卵泡。结论:柑橘黄酮对化疗药物损伤动物卵巢具有保护作用。 Objective: To study the protective effect of Citrus total flavonoids on ovarian injury induced by chemotherapeutic drugs in rats. Methods: Fifty female SD rats were randomly divided into five groups. The ovar-ian injury model was made by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide in four groups and the control group was made by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide in one group. SD rats were randomly divided into low-dose citrus flavonoids group, high-dose citrus flavonoids group, Kuntai capsule (坤泰胶囊)group and model control group. Each group had ten rats. Each group was given different drugs for twenty-one days. The blank control group and model control group were given the same amount of normal saline. Results: The contents of AMH, BMP15 and GDF9 in low dose citrus flavonoids group and high dose citrus flavonoids group were signifi-cantly increased (JV0.05), and HE staining showed that follicles existed at all levels without or very few necrotic follicles. Conclusion: Citrus flavonoids have protective effects on ovarian injury induced by chemotherapeutic drugs.
