从腧穴定位法的合理综合运用,腧穴密集区域的准确定位及区分,经脉循行分布、气血流注、联络脏腑器官的规律及意义和腧穴功效主治的理解记忆四大方面分析经络腧穴学教学难点,分享教学经验。包括首选体表标志法、加用骨度分寸法、辅以手指同身寸法和简便取穴法来定位腧穴;临近经络位置相近的腧穴借助图文或者顺口溜加深理解和记忆;结合特定穴教学,横向联系梳理经络循行流注、联络器官的规律;按照近治、远治和特殊治疗作用分析理解记忆腧穴功效主治等方法,引导学生掌握正确的学习方法、打下良好的基础。[摘要]教学方法;针灸;

Four aspects would be described for the analysis of the difficulties in teaching the Theory of Meridians and Acupoints, including reasonable comprehensive utilization of acupoint location methods, accurate positioning and differentiation of dense acupoints area, rules and significance regarding meridians of the running course and distribution, qi and blood flowing, connection with Zang, Fu and organs, together with the compre-hension and memorization of acupoint functions and indications. Our teaching experience would be shared, which contains choosing the body surface marking method preferentially plus the bone dimension method, and the sup-plementary of the finger-body size method with easy access method to locate acupoints;deepening the under-standing and memory of near acupoints on close meridians with the help of graphics or jingles;combining the teaching of specific points with horizontally teasing out laws about the running course of meridians and the con-nection of organs;understanding and memorizing the acupoints functions and indications in accordance with the acupoint properties of "nearby-action, farther-action and special-action" and so on, in order to guide students how to master the correct learning methods and lay a good foundation.
