盘管换热面积对干湿串联型复合式冷却塔性能影响 被引量:3

摘要 干湿串联型复合式冷却塔中光盘管与翅片盘管换热面积对冷却塔的性能具有重要影响,对此本文进行分析讨论。分别给出光盘管区与翅片盘管区盘管总传热系数计算方法,并以容量30 t/h复合式冷却塔为研究对象,在标准工况下,对多组不同盘管换热面积配比下冷却塔冷却性能及出口空气状态参数进行计算并分析,给出盘管换热面积确定方法。研究发现翅片盘管换热面积占比越高,冷却塔冷却性能越差。出口空气温度越高,含湿量越低。并分析得出当翅片盘管换热面积与光盘管换热面积比值为0.71时性能最佳。 The heat exchange area of the bare coil and the finned coil in the tandemtype hybrid cooling has an important influence on the performance of the cooling tower. This paper analyzes and discusses this. This paper proves the calculation method of the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of the bare coil and the finned coil. Under the standard condition, 30 t/h capacity hybrid cooling tower is set as the research object to calculate and analyzed. The study proved that the higher heat exchange area of finned coil, the worse the cooling performance of the cooling tower, the higher the outlet air temperature, the lower the moisture content. When the ratio of heat exchange area between finned coil and bare coil is 0.71, the cooling tower exhibit the best performance.
