摘要
介绍了山东耐材集团鲁耐窑业有限公司新建轻型、节能、自动化隧道窑的设计特点、操作控制系统、自动调节系统和运行效果等。该窑炉通过创新区域气体循环设计,优化各温度带结构,采用自动调节控制系统,并通过配套除尘、脱硫、催化脱硝系统实现了隧道窑系统本质升级,达到高效、自动化、节能、环保的目的,并为智能化运行、信息化管控创造了条件。
The design characteristics,operation control system,automatic regulation system and operation effect of the new,light,energy-saving and automatic tunnel kiln in Lunai Kiln Refractories Co.,Ltd.of Shandong Refractories Group Co.,Ltd.were introduced.Through innovating regional gas cycle design,optimizing the structure of each temperature zone,adopting automatic control system,and supporting with dust removal,desulfurization and catalytic denitrification systems,the tunnel kiln system was upgraded essentially and achieved the goals of high efficiency,automation,energy saving and environmental protection,and also created conditions for intelligent operation and information management and control.
