摘要
目的:测定黄芩与生姜以不同比例配伍后黄芩苷的溶出量,探讨黄芩与生姜相恶配伍的物质基础。方法:采用HPLC法测定黄芩单煎液及不同比例黄芩与生姜配伍煎液中黄芩苷的溶出量。结果:黄芩与生姜的配伍比例为9∶0(黄芩单煎)、9∶4.5、9∶9、9∶18时,黄芩苷的溶出量分别为50.24mg/g、5.99mg/g、15.79mg/g、8.14mg/g。黄芩单煎时黄芩苷的溶出量最大,黄芩与生姜配伍比例为9∶4.5时黄芩苷的溶出量最小。结论:黄芩与生姜的不同配伍对黄芩苷的溶出量影响显著。
Objective:To Determine the Leaching quantity of baicalin in different proportional combinations of Scutellariae Radix and Zingiber officinale Rose,explore the material foundation about the compatibility of Scutellariae Radix and Zingiber officinale Rose.Methods:Determination leaching quantity of baicalin in different proportional combinations of Scutellariae Redix and Zingiber officinale Rose through HPLC.Results:The Scutellariae Radix and Zingiber officinale Rose tuber are 9:0,9:4.5,9:9,9:18,the average content of baicalin are 50.24,5.99,15.79,8.14 mg·min^-1.Dissolution of baicalin in the largest in the single Scutellariae Redix,and baicalin in minimum leaching of Scutellariae Radix and Zingiber officinale Rose tuber is 9:4.5.Conclusion:The leaching quantity of baicalin has larger differences in different proportional combinations of Scutellariae Radix and Zingiber officinale Rose.
