近视康合剂配合针刺推拿治疗青少年近视疗效研究

The Myopia Kang Mixture combined with Acupuncture and Massage to Treat Juvenile Myopia

目的:探讨近视康合剂配合针刺推拿联合治疗青少年近视的疗效。方法:选取青少年近视患者90例(162眼),随机分为近视康组30例(56眼)、联合治疗组(近视康+针刺)30例(54眼)和观察组(近视康+针刺+推拿)30例(52眼),治疗3个疗程后对各组疗效及相关指标(视力、屈光度、调节幅度和调节敏感度)进行比较分析。结果:治疗3个疗程后,观察组患者总有效率高于近视康组和联合治疗组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。三组患者的裸眼视力、调节幅度、调节灵敏度、屈光度与组内治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后患者的裸眼视力、调节幅度、调节灵敏度和屈光度与近视康组和联合治疗组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:近视康合剂配合针刺推拿对于青少年近视有明显改善作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of myopia Kang Mixture combined with acupuncture and massage on juvenile myopia.Methods:90 cases(162 eyes)of adolescent myopia patients were randomly divided into three groups:30 cases(56 eyes),30 cases(54 eyes)of the combined treatment group(myopia Kang + acupuncture)and 30 cases(52 eyes)of the observation group(myopia Kang + acupuncture + massage).After three courses of treatment,the curative effect and related indicators(vision,diopter,adjusting range and adjusting sensitivity)of each group were compared and analyzed.Results:After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the myopia Kang group and the combined treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in naked eye vision,ac-commodation range,accommodation sensitivity and diopter between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in naked eye vision.accommodation range,accommodation sensitivity and diopter between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Myopia Kang Mixture combined with acupuncture and massage has obvious improvement effect on juvenile myopia,which is worthy of clinical popu-larization and application.
