Professor TANG Shuhua's Clinical Experience in Treating Insomnia from Liver.

不寐是临床常见疾病之一,发生率呈逐年升高趋势,常影响人们的生活、学习、工作和健康。唐蜀华教授认为不寐与肝生理功能关系密切,故从肝论治,总结出肝气郁滞、肝火(阳)上扰、肝血亏虚3个证型及治法方药。在治疗不寐时,每获良效。

Insomnia,one of the common diseases of the clinic,whose occurrence rate is increasing year by year has an influence on people’s life,study,work and health.Professor TANG Shuhua thinks that insomnia is closely related to liver physiological function,so he treats insomnia from liver,summing up three syndrome types,namely Stagnation of liver qi,Liver fire(yang)pertu and Deficiency of liver blood.In the treatment of insomnia,these methods always get the good effect.
