摘要
建立测定气中甲醇的顶空—气相色谱法联用分析方法。气样中的甲醇在顶空一仪中气化,达到气液平衡,在优化的分析条件下,气相色谱法测定样品中的甲醇。结果:测定环境空气中甲醇的平均回收率91.0%~108%,测定污染源废气中甲醇的平均回收率为82.0%~97.5%。测定环境空气中的甲醇的标准曲线相关系数r>0.9 999,测定污染源废气中的甲醇的标准曲线相关系数r>0.9 999。本方法采用顶空气相色谱法,溶剂用量少,适于环境空气和固定污染源废气中甲醇的测定。
This paper establishes a headspace-gas chromatography (HS-GC) analysis method for the determination of methanol in gas. Methanol in the gas sample was gasified in a headspace sample injector to reach gas-liquid equilibrium, and was determined by HS-GC under optimized analysis conditions. Results: The average recovery rate of methanol in ambient air was 91.0%~108%, and that in exhaust gas of stationary sources was 82.0%~97.5%. The correlation coefficient of the standard curve of methanol in ambient air r is larger than 0.9999, and the correlation coefficient of the standard curve of methanol in exhaust gas of stationary sources r is larger than 0.9999. The method using headspace gas chromatography, with less solvent consumption, is suitable for the determination of methanol in ambient air and exhaust gas of stationary sources.
