宫颈癌放疗患者生活质量及配偶家庭功能相关性研究

Correlation Study of the Life Quality and Spouse Family Function Among Cervical Cancer Patients Receiving Radiation Therapy

目的探讨宫颈癌放疗患者生活质量与配偶家庭功能的相关性,为提升患者生活质量提供依据。方法采用方便抽样抽取四川省肿瘤医院放疗科95组宫颈癌放疗患者及其配偶。采用生活质量量表(Quality of Life QuestionnaireC30,QLQ-C30)评估宫颈癌放疗患者的生活质量,采用家庭功能问卷(Family Assessment Device,FAD)对宫颈癌患者配偶进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行Pearson相关分析、分层回归分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果宫颈癌放疗患者角色功能(47.26±18.61)与情绪功能(49.00±17.74)得分较低,失眠(41.26±15.38)、食欲下降(50.13±13.29)症状较明显;31例(32.6%)宫颈癌患者配偶家庭功能处于较低水平。配偶家庭功能与患者生活质量存在正相关(r=0.590,P<0.05),与患者症状存在负相关(r=-0.688,P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示,配偶家庭功能进入宫颈癌放疗患者生活质量的回归方程并能解释31.2%的变异。结论宫颈癌放疗患者生活质量与配偶家庭功能有关,应关注患者配偶家庭功能,提升支持水平,从而改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the relationship between the living quality and spouse family function among cervical cancer patients receiving radiation therapy, and to provide the basis to improve their living quality. Methods Ninety-five pairs of cervical cancer patients and their spouses were enrolled from the Department of Radiotherapy of Sichuan Cancer Hospital. To assess the life quality of patients and spouse family function, we administered the Quality of Life Questionnaire- C30 (QLQ- C30) and Family Assessment Device (FAD) to survey on patients and their spouse respectively. Results Participants reported low levels of role function (47.26± 18.61) and emotion function (49.00±17.74), and the relatively higher levels of insomnia (41.26± 15.38) and low appetite (50.13±13.29)| were the obvious symptoms. Thirty- one cases (32.6%) were under lower levels of family function. Higher levels of spouse family function were associated the higher levels of life quality (P< 0.05) and less severe of cancer-related symptoms(P<0.05). In the regression model, family function was found to be predictive and the total regression model explained 31.2% variance of quality of life among cervical cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy. Conclusion Spouse family functions are related with quality of life and it should be paid attention to improve.
