2009-2016年云南省医疗机构消毒灭菌效果趋势评价

Evaluation on the Trend of Sterilization Effect of Medical Institutions in Yunnan Province From 2009 to 2016

目的了解云南省各级医疗机构消毒灭菌效果现状,以提高全省医院消毒灭菌工作质量。方法依据国家相关标准,通过统一的监测和评价方法,2009-2016年连续8年对全省各级各类医疗机构的消毒灭菌效果进行监测和评价。结果 8年共监测180 521件样本,合格163 599件,合格率为90.63%。省级、州市级和县级医疗机构合格率依次为96.46%、93.84%和89.83%。在各监测样本中,空气和紫外线杀菌灯合格率最低,分别为73.82%和85.51%;灭菌医疗器械合格率最高为96.32%。结论云南省各级医疗机构消毒灭菌质量不均衡,急需加强县级医疗机构的消毒灭菌质量,提高室内空气消毒质量。

Objective To investigate the situation of disinfection and sterilization quality of medical institutes in Yunnan province, so as to improve the quality of those works. Methods According to the related national standards, the disinfection quality of the different medical institutes in the whole Yunnan province were monitored from 2009 to 2016 with the unified monitoring and evaluation methods. Results A total of 180 521 samples were tested and 163 598 samples of them were qualified in eight years. The overall eligible rate was 90.63%. The eligible rate of province level, the city level and the county level was 96.46%, 93.84% and 89.83%, respectively. Among the samples, the eligible rates of indoor air and UV lamp were lowest, which were73.82% and 85.51%, respectively. The eligible rate of sterile equipment was the highest, which was 96.32%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization in different medical institutes in Yunnan province was imbalance. It was necessary to increase the quality of disinfection and sterilization in county level medical institutes, to improve the quality of indoor air disinfection.
