QSR-04B型低温尾气加氢催化剂的工业应用

Industrial application of low temperature tail gas hydrogenation catalyst QSR-04B

介绍QSR-04型低温尾气加氢催化剂在内蒙古鄂尔多斯国泰化工有限公司硫磺回收装置中的应用情况。结果表明,催化剂具有起活温度低(210～220)℃、低温加氢活性好、预硫化处理温度低的特点,完全满足硫磺回收低温加氢尾气处理工艺的要求。运行负荷由51%提高至122%时,尾气中二氧化硫含量≤10 mg·m^(-3),转化率≥99.88%,具有较强的抗工况波动能力,工业装置出口SO_2达到国家排放标准。负荷在50%～75%之间波动时,催化剂具有稳定的加氢反应活性。

Industrial application of low-temperature hydrogenation catalyst QSR-04 for tail gas in sulfur recovery unit of GuoTai Chemical Co.,Ltd. in Ordos in Inner Mongolia was introduced.The operation results show that the catalyst has advantages of low activation temperature (210~220)℃,good hydrogenation activity at low temperature and low pre-sulfidation temperature,which fully meets the requirements of low-temperature hydrogenation tail gas treatment process in sulfur recovery unit.When operation load increases from 51% to 122%,SO2 content in tail gas is lower than 10 mg·m^-3 ,and conversion is higher than 99.88%.QSR-04 catalyst has strong resistance to fluctuation of operating conditions,which ensures that the SO2 emission of sulfur recovery units meets the national standards.When operation load is 50%-75%,QSR-04 catalyst has stable hydrogenation activity.
