类风湿关节炎中NF-κB信号通路相关微小RNA的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类短链非编码RNA分子,主要参与癌症、病毒感染、炎症、自身免疫病等的生理和病理过程。核因子κB(NF-κB)是一个基因调节功能广泛的转录因子,参与炎症、细胞增殖、肿瘤发育、学习、记忆等不同的生物过程。一些研究提示miRNA与NF-κB通路关系密切,在调控NF-κB通路中起着抑制或激活作用。本文就类风湿关节炎中参与NF-κB信号调节的miRNA及其作用机制的研究进展作一综述。 MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNA molecules that are mainly involved in physiological and pathological processes including cancer,viral infection,inflammation and autoimmune diseases.The nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)is a transcriptional factor with a wide range of gene regulatory functions that participate in different biological processes such as inflammation,cell proliferation,tumor development,learning and memory.Some studies have suggested that microRNA is closely related to the NF-κB pathway and plays an inhibitory or activation role in regulating the NF-κB pathway.This article reviews the microRNAs involved in NF-κB signal regulation in rheumatoid arthritis.
