摘要
基于组织学习理论,构建创业学习对新创企业成长的影响机制模型,并引入创业机会识别和商业模式创新作为中介变量,利用8省749份问卷调查数据进行实证分析,探索创业学习对新创企业成长的作用机理。结果显示:创业学习对新创企业成长具有正向影响;创业机会识别、商业模式创新在创业学习和新创企业成长关系中起部分中介作用;创业机会识别和商业模式创新在创业学习与新创企业成长之间起链式中介作用,创业机会识别对创业学习与商业模式创新之间关系起正向调节作用,商业模式创新对创业机会识别与新创企业成长之间关系起正向调节作用。
Based on the theory of organizational learning, it constructed the mechanism model of entrepreneurial learning on the growth of new ventures, introducing entrepreneurial opportunity identification and business model innovation as the mediating variables, and used 749 questionnaires from eight provinces in China to carry out an empirical analysis. The results show that entrepreneurial learning has a positive impact on growth of new ventures;entrepreneurial opportunity identification and business model innovation respectively play a partial mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and growth of new ventures;both of entrepreneurial opportunity identification and business model innovation play a chain mediator between entrepreneurial learning and growth of new ventures. The relationship between entrepreneurial learning and business model innovation is positively moderated by entrepreneurial opportunity identification, and business model innovation has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity identification and growth of new ventures.
