摘要
目的研究一种均三嗪二硫醇类缓蚀剂(DBN)对铜合金耐蚀作用并分析其在铜合金表面的吸附行为。方法通过电化学方法和盐水实验研究质量浓度为3.5%NaCl溶液中DBN对铜合金的缓蚀作用;建立吸附模型分析缓蚀剂分子的吸附行为。结果铜合金的缓蚀效率随着DBN浓度的增加而增大;当DBN浓度为1.0mM时,缓蚀效率高达97.7%;DBN在铜合金表面的吸附遵循Langmuir吸附等温模型。结论添加DBN缓蚀剂可有效抑制铜合金在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀。
Purposes- To study the corrosion inhibition effect of a kind of triazinedithiol (DBN) on copper alloy and analyze its adsorption behavior on the surface of copper alloy. Methods- The corrosion inhibition effect of DBN in 3.5%(wt)NaCl solution on copper alloy was studied with electrochemical method and salt water test.The adsorption model was established to analyze the adsorption behavior of the inhibitor molecules. Result - The corrosion inhibition efficiency improved with the increase of DBN concentration,and the corrosion inhibition efficiency reached 97.7% when the concentration of DBN was 1.0 mM.The adsorption of DBN on copper alloy follows Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. Conclusion- DBN inhibitor can effectively inhibit the corrosion of copper alloy in sodium chloride solution.
