摘要 目的综述目前钛/铜异种金属焊接方法的研究现状,对比各种焊接方法的优缺点,为进一步发展高质量钛/铜焊接技术提供参考。方法在分析钛/铜异种金属的焊接性的基础上,将钛/铜异种金属焊接方法分为熔钎焊、固相焊、添加过渡层3类,归纳总结了焊接钛/铜异种金属的难点和现有解决办法。结果目前现有的焊接方法虽然在一定程度上抑制了TixCuy金属间化合物的形成,但是并未完全消除,接头的塑性较低。结论为了完全抑制TixCuy金属间化合物的形成,物理隔绝Ti和Cu的相互扩散是理想的办法,因此添加高熔点并与Ti和Cu无金属间化合物形成的过渡层是钛/铜异种金属焊接的发展趋势。 Purposes-To review the current research status of Ti/Cu dissimilar metal welding methods,compare the advantages and disadvantages of them,and provide references for the development of high quality Ti/Cu welding technology.Methods-Based on the analysis of the weldability of Ti/Cu dissimilar metals,the welding methods of Ti/Cu dissimilar metals were divided into such three categories as welding-brazing,solid-phase welding and interlayer addition,the difficulties and existing solutions of welding Ti/Cu dissimilar metals are summarized.Results-Although the existing welding methods partly inhibit the formation of Tix Cuy intermetallic compounds,they are not completely eliminated and the joint is of low plasticity.Conclusions-To fully eliminate the formation of Ti x Cu y intermetallic compounds,physical isolation of Ti and Cu from each other is an ideal method.Therefore,the addition of high melting point and the transition layer free of the intermetallic compound formed with Ti and Cu is the development tendency of Ti/Cu dissimilar metal welding.
