摘要
针对旋流排淤器进口流速特点,利用自循环试验装置对不同起旋条安放角的排淤器进口流速分布特点进行了试验研究。研究表明,起旋条安放角对进口流场及旋流管切向流速的影响较为明显,其中15°及45°布置分别在不同的流速范围内水流条件较为良好,在近中心端流速变化较远端明显,为利用螺旋流进行排淤研究奠定理论基础。
This thesis made use of the self-circulation test device and consider of the inlet velocity characteristics of swirl desilting device to carry on an experimental research about the desiltor characteristics of inlet velocity distribution with different diversion angle. The results show that the setting angle of the starting spool has a significant influence both on the tangential velocity of the inlet flow field and the vortex tube, and the 15 degrees and 45 degrees positions have respectively good flow condition within the different flow velocity ranges among them. The velocity change at the near center end is more obvious than that at the far end. Therefore, it is universally known that this study lays a theoretical foundation for the silt discharge research by spiral flow.
