摘要
针对石灰石粉与不同活性矿物掺合料协同效应的问题,分析石灰石粉分别与粉煤灰、矿渣、硅灰复掺对水泥胶砂抗折、抗压强度的影响,并采用XRD微观测试方法分析其机理。试验结果表明:石灰石粉与活性掺合料协同作用有助于提高水泥胶砂强度,石灰石粉掺量为10%、活性掺合料掺量为20%时强度最大;微观测试分析发现粉煤灰、矿渣与硅灰能促进石粉的水化反应,其水化产物为碳铝酸钙(Ca_4Al_2O_6·CO_3·11H_2O);石粉可以更好地激发活性掺合料的活性,为水化产物提供成核基底。
Aiming at the synergistic effect of limestone and active mineral admixture,comparing the impact of flexural and compressive strength with cement mortar which consists of limestone powder and different active mineral admixture (fly ash,slag,silica fume),and using XRD microscopic testing method analyzed the mechanism.The results showed that:synergistic effect of limestone and active admixtures help to improve strength of cement mortar.The strength was the maximum when limestone powder content of 10% and the activity of the blending quantity is 20%.Microscopic test discovered that synergistic effect of powder and fly ash,slag,silica fume was existed.The presence of fly ash,slag,silica fume promoted hydration of limestone powder,and the hydration products was calcium aluminate carbon.Powder can stimulate activity of active admixtures better,and provide nucleation substrate for hydration product.
