This paper introduced the way how automobile glass cold end production line control system was realized based on WinCC dual-host redundancy,further elaborated the structure of control system and the three-tier network structure using PROFINET on-site bus,Ethernet and Internet,and described the realization process and working process of WinCC redundant server in detail.The system realized the uninterrupted monitoring on industrial field,and greatly improved the reliability and safety of the control system.
