摘要 新疆准东高碱煤具有沾污性强、易结焦等特点,调试期间出现了锅炉炉膛及尾部受热面结焦和空预器入口烟温高引起的空预器刮磨现象。通过配煤掺烧、吹灰优化等精细化燃烧调整手段,确保炉内运行工况稳定,满足了机组安全、稳定运行的要求。 Xinjiang Zhundong high alkali coal has the characteristics of strong contamination and easy coking.During commissioning period,the phenomenon is appeared which coking on boiler furnace and tail heating surface and scratching of air preheater caused by high flue gas temperature at the inlet of air preheater.Through fine combustion optimization method such as blending coal,soot blowing optimization,etc.It ensures the stability of furnace operation conditions and meets the requirements of long-term safety and stable operation of the unit.
