摘要 转子质量失衡引起的不平衡力是水电机组机械振动的主要激振源之一,在机组启动试验中进行转子动平衡试验以降低转子质量失衡对机组稳定性的影响。应用时域-频谱分析的动平衡方法解决某混流式水轮机组转子质量失衡问题,本次动平衡试验准确找出了失重角相位,并只经过一次试重试验就有效解决了试验机组承重机架水平振动过大的问题。时域-频谱图分析法是解决低转速混流式水轮机组转子质量失衡问题的一种简单、实用的方法。 The unbalanced force caused by rotor quality imbalance is one of the main vibration sources of hydropower unit.Rotor dynamic balance is done during the unit start-up test in order to reduce the influence of rotor mass imbalance on the stability of the unit.The dynamic balance method of time domain and spectrum diagram analysis are applied to solve the problem of rotor mass imbalance for one francis turbine unit.The weightlessness phase is accurately identified and it can effectively solve the problem that the horizontal vibration of the test unit load-bearing frame is too large by only one weighting tests in this rotor dynamic balance test.The analysis of time domain and spectrum diagram are simple and practical methods for rotor dynamic balance test in terms of the low speed vertical hydroelectric generating unit.
