摘要
小断面隧洞洞内施工空间小,在裸洞下进行钢拱架支护时基本依靠人工完成,给人身安全带来了很大的隐患。本文以青海省引大济湟工程两条不同地质、不同施工工艺的隧洞内钢拱架支护安全防护实践为例,从防护方法、防护设备所需材料、防护设备制作工艺、防护设备运用及防护效果分析等方面详细论述了裸洞下钢拱架支护时安全控制全过程。该安全控制措施可供类似工程参考。
The construction space in the small-section tunnel is small,and the steel arch support under the bare hole is basically done manually,which brings great hidden danger to personal safety. The practice of steel arch support safety protection for two tunnels with different geologies and different construction techniques in Qinghai Diverting Water from Datong River into Huang shui River Project is adopted as an example in the paper. The whole process of safety control during steel arch support under bare hole is discussed in detail from the aspects of protection method,materials required for protective equipment,manufacturing process of protective equipment,application of protective equipment and analysis of protective effects,etc. The safety control measures can be used as reference in similar projects.
