摘要
城市道路上非开挖管道纵向穿越桥梁时,需在桩间距较小的受限空间穿越,根据地质情况与受力参数选择施工机械。本文分析了施工难点、特点与技术难点,总结了施工质量控制措施,如做好穿越轴线的精准测量、场地布置、泥浆配置、导孔、扩孔、管线回拖等工作,穿越完成后在孔位周边采用注浆防地面沉降措施。经检测,管道截面变形、轴线高程、地表沉降等方面数据分析的结果均符合设计要求,可为今后类似工程的实施提供参考。
When a trenchless pipeline crosses a bridge longitudinally on an urban road,it is necessary to cross the bridge in a restricted space with small pile spacing and select the construction machinery according to the geological situation and stress parameters. The construction difficulties,characteristics and technical difficulties are analyzed,and the construction quality control measures are summarized, such as accurate measurement of the crossing axis, site layout, mud configuration,hole guide,hole reaming,pipeline drag,and grouting anti-ground settlement measures are adopted around the hole position after crossing,etc. Data analysis results of the pipeline section deformation,axis elevation,surface subsidence and other aspects all meet the design requirements through testing,and the paper provides reference for future implementation of similar projects.
