浅析提高止水螺杆施工质量的措施

Analysis on measures for improving construction quality of water stop screw

止水螺杆施工质量是影响防水混凝土工程防水效果的关键,现状分析发现,传统一段式止水螺杆施工存在材料浪费多、端头封堵效果差等弊端。本文结合新型三段式止水螺杆在工程中的实际应用,提出优化螺杆安装工艺和调整封堵砂浆配比等措施,显著提升了止水螺杆的施工质量,有效解决了螺杆端头易渗漏问题,提高了施工效率,降低了施工成本,可为今后施工推广应用提供技术指导及参考。

The construction quality of water stop screw is the key to the waterproof effect of the waterproof concrete project.the analysis on present situation shows that the construction of the traditional one-stage water stop screw has the defects of excessive material waste,poor end sealing effect,etc. Practical application of novel three-stage water stop screw in the project is combined in the paper to propose the following measures: optimization of screw installation process,and adjustment of sealing mortar ratio,etc.,thereby significantly improving the construction quality of water stop screws,effectively solving the easy leakage problem of screw ends,improving the construction efficiency,lowering the construction cost,and providing technical guidance and reference for future construction popularization and application.
