高校教育基金会提升资助育人水平的有效途径

当前,我国高校教育基金会在资助育人领域存在重资助、轻育人的现象,资助育人的研究水平和筹资能力都亟待提升。随着国家资助政策逐步转向发展性资助方向,高校基金会应紧抓机遇,以开展发展性资助为途径,遵循补充性、统一性等原则,不断巩固自身在母体高校育人体系中的地位,充分发挥自身不可替代的育人功能。

Nowadays,China's higher education foundation pays more attention to financial aid than education in the field of financial aid and education.The research level and fund-raising ability of subsidized education need to be improved urgently.With the state funding policy gradually shift to the direction of developmental funding;the University Education Foundation should seize the opportunity.Developmental funding should be taken as a way to follow the principles of complementarity and unity,constantly consolidating its position in the maternal university education system and giving full play to its irreplaceable educational function.
