宁神补心丸对脑卒中伴抑郁及睡眠障碍患者神经功能 血清C反应蛋白及神经营养因子-3水平的影响

Effects of Ningshen Buxin pills on neurological function, serum C-reactive protein and neurotrophin-3 levels in patients with stroke, depression and sleep disorders

目的探讨宁神补心丸对脑卒中合并抑郁、睡眠功能障碍患者神经功能、C反应蛋白(CRP)、神经营养因子-3(NT-3)的影响。方法将102例脑卒中伴抑郁及睡眠障碍患者按随机数字表法分观察组、对照组,各51例,对照组采用氟西汀联合心理康复治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上服用宁神补心丸治疗。观察2组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、CRP及NT-3指标的变化情况,并观察不良反应情况。结果治疗后,2组HAMD、PSQI评分低于治疗前,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组NIHSS评分降低,观察组相比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组CRP、NT-3指标降低,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8%(4/51)与对照组6%(3/51)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中合并抑郁、睡眠障碍患者服用宁神补心丸治疗效果确切,缓解抑郁情绪,改善患者睡眠质量,还可降低CRP、NT-3指标水平,值得积极应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Ningshen Buxin pills on the neurological function, serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and neurotrophin-3 (NT-3) levels in patients with stroke, depression and sleep disorders. Methods A total of 102 patients with stroke, depression and sleep disorders were randomly divided into the study group and control group (n=51 each). The control group received fluoxetine combined with psychological rehabilitation. The study group was treated with Ningshen Buxin pills on the basis of conventional treatment. The changes in the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, levels of CRP and NT-3, and adverse reactions were determined. Results After the treatment, the HAMD and PSQI scores in the two groups were lower than those at the baseline, and further decreased in the study group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After the treatment, the NIHSS score in the two groups decreased, The NIHSS score in the study group was lower compared with that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of CRP and NT-3 decreased in the two groups, and further decreased in the study group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and control group [8%(4/51) vs 6%(3/51), P>0.05)]. Conclusion Using Ningshen Buxin pills in patients with stroke, depression and sleep disorders is effective. It may relieve depression and improve quality of sleep. In addition, Ningshen Buxin pills may reduce the levels of CRP and NT-3, which are worthwhile of widespread use.
