国家意识的历史发展与时代培育研究

国家意识是公民对祖国认知、认同的概念集合,是国家向心力和凝聚力的基础,有着循序渐进的历史形成过程,并不断融入时代特征,体现时代特质。当前,国家意识承载着促进国民明确社会责任、建立共同理想,超越局部狭隘、促进民族团结,激发爱国情感、形成奋斗力量等重要功能,同时也遭遇了国家形态与国家观念变革、多元社会思潮侵蚀以及传统培育模式现代转型缓慢等培育困境。基于此,国家意识培育应该以推进培育内容创新、培育主体创新以及培育方式创新为主要切入点,从而增强国民国家意识,实现国家发展和人民发展同向同行的重要目的。

National consciousness is the combination of the concepts of the citizens’cognition and recognition of their motherland, which is the basic guarantee of the centripetal force and cohesion of the country.It has a gradual historical formation process and constantly embodies the characteristics of the times.At present, national consciousness is invested with the functions of clarifying citizens’social responsibilities,building common ideals, transcending local parochialism,promoting national unity,inspiring patriotic sentiments and forming strength for struggle.At the same time,it also has difficulties in the context of the change of national form and idea,the erosion of the diverse ethos and the slow modern transformation of traditional cultivation model. Therefore,the cultivation of national consciousness should promote the innovation of cultivation contents,cultivation subject and cultivation mode so as to enhance national consciousness and promote the development of the country and people.
