In the field of intelligent transportation,different levels of autonomous vehicle systems have taken over human driving activities to varying degrees.The control sources of driving behavior are diversified,and the factors affecting traffic safety are more complicated.The application of autonomous driving technology will change the content of the traffic management regulations,and also change the driver’s duty of care,which will affect the criminal responsibility of traffic accidents.The driver of the autonomous vehicle still has room for traffic accidents.In addition,if the necessary assistance is not implemented,it may constitute a crime of abandonment in the transportation field.
