The Effect of Tacit Knowledge Sharing Climate to the Innovation Performance in Innovative Enterprises

为探讨创新企业隐性知识共享氛围与创新绩效的关系,对山西省临汾市五家创新企业进行问卷调查,采用相关分析、回归分析、层次回归分析等方法探讨隐性知识共享氛围、隐性知识共享与创新绩效的关系,结果显示:企业隐性知识共享氛围对隐性知识共享有正向影响;隐性知识共享对创新绩效有正向影响;隐性知识共享氛围对企业创新绩效有正向影响;隐性知识共享在隐性知识共享氛围与创新绩效中起中介作用,隐性知识共享在企业学习氛围与企业创新绩效中起完全中介作用,在员工信任关系与企业创新绩效中起部分中介作用。

In order to explore the relationship between tacit knowledge sharing climate and innovation performance,five enterprises in Shanxi province were investigated.The methods of correlation analysis,regression analysis and hierarchy regression analysis were used and the results are the following:tacit knowledge sharing climate has a positive effect to tacit knowledge sharing in enterprises;tacit knowledge sharing has a positive effect to innovation performance;tacit knowledge sharing climate has a positive effect to innovation performance in enterprises;tacit knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in the relationship between tacit knowledge sharing climate and innovation performance.Tacit knowledge sharing plays a complete mediation between tacit knowledge sharing climate and innovation performance while tacit knowledge sharing plays a partial mediation between employees relationship and innovation performance.
