正交试验法优选穿山龙提取工艺

摘要 采用正交试验法优选穿山龙药材醇提的最佳工艺.高效液相色谱法测定穿山龙提取物中含含薯蓣皂苷元的量.优选出穿山龙醇提取的最佳工艺为,65%乙醇体积分数,加醇量分别为8倍和6倍,提取2次,提取时间为1. 5 h和1 h.经验证试验表明该提取工艺稳定可行,且皂苷提取率较高,适合于生产实际,可为穿山龙的下一步制剂生产实践提供理论依据. Orthogonal test method was used to optimize the best process of alcohol extraction of Radix Prunella.The content of diosgenin was determined by HPLC.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 65% ethanol concentration,8 times and 6 times of alcohol content respectively,extraction time was 2 times,extraction time was 1.5 hours and 1 hour.The experimental results showed that the extraction process was stable and feasible,and the extraction rate of saponins was high,which was suitable for production practice.
